The Watchfactory, Phase 2

This development has sold out - but our one and two bedroom apartments are coming soon. These new homes are available with Inspired Living Shared Ownership. Contact the team today for more information.

The Watchfactory Phase 2, is a fantastic development of new homes, located near the original stunning grade 2 listed Watchfactory building, right in the heart of Prescot, Merseyside. The development is made up of two, three and four bedroom houses, apartments and bungalows.

Known for its historic buildings, Prescot was also the only English town outside of London to have a purpose-built indoor playhouse in Elizabethan times. Which makes it the rightful home for the brand new Shakespeare North Playhouse, an exciting new, prominent landmark set to be a global attraction, opening its doors in 2022.

Located just over a mile mile from the M57 with links to the M58 and M62, The Watchfactory is ideal for commuting throughout the North West. Prescot train station is within walking distance and offers direct links to Liverpool Lime Street.
