With easy access to Maghull Town Centre, as well as Aintree Shopping Park and Deysbrook Retail Park, you will always be able to ‘pop out’ for that missing ingredient, last minute pair of school shoes or payday treat.  

Want to make your shopping trip more of an event or looking for something special? Then Liverpool City Centre – handily located just ten miles away – is an easy train or car ride away! Offering access to all the high-street favourites, as well as quirky boutique shops, Liverpool is renowned for its shopping so make the most of your new home’s location and treat yourself to a day in this fantastic city.  

Fancy going a bit further afield? Both Manchester City Centre and Cheshire Oaks are less than an hour from your front door!  

Leisure

With beautiful canal walks and days in the park central to life in Maghull, Eastbrook Village is perfect for the ‘outdoorsy type’, offering you a number of ways to keep fit and explore your new home. On top of its natural features, you can also access the local Meadows Leisure Centre and gyms for when the weather is less than ideal.  

For the sports fans, Aintree Racecourse is just a short drive or train journey from Eastbrook Village, as is the home of Liverpool FC and Everton FC – Anfield Stadium and Everton Stadium – so you can keep up with all the fixtures and races easily.  

Living on the outskirts of a city like Liverpool provides so many opportunities for exploration. With its beautiful architecture, impressive maritime history, iconic and instantly recognisable skyline, Liverpool is a diverse city with so much to discover. Transport

The well-connected line can also take you to Birkenhead and Wirral meaning the possibility for fun days out are endless!  

Local and regional bus services are also easily available from Eastbrook Village, so you can explore Maghull and surrounding areas for around £5 per day and hop on and hop off as you see fit!    

Eastbrook Village is also close to the M57 and M58 meaning that the North West and further afield can be easily unlocked thanks to its proximity to the motorway system.
